COMPLIANCE MANAGER & DEPUTY COMPLIANCE OFFICER EU (f/m/d)

As a Compliance Manager at 360T AG, you will strengthen our compliance‑aware culture and support regulatory alignment across the organization. You’ll help shape and maintain our compliance strategy, policies, and outsourcing oversight, working closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams. The role focuses on monitoring regulatory developments, training employees, and driving strategic initiatives within a growing fintech environment. • Review and maintain the company’s compliance strategy
• Prepare and update compliance manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Establish and regularly review compliance documentation
• Monitor legal framework developments and assess impact
• Monitor compliance relevant prudential regulations
• Educate employees on applicable compliance laws and regulations
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain outsourcing oversight per policy
• Provide regular reports to executive and supervisory boards
• Undertake compliance training and develop expertise (ACAMs / CISI diploma)

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance or related fields (risk management, consultancy, auditing, internal audit, or financial supervision)
• Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks (MaComp, MaRisk, WpHG, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR)
• Advanced database skills (pivot tables, advanced database, statistical functions)
• Strategic and analytical mindset with resilience under pressure
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
