Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

In this leadership role, you shape Heraeus Electronics’ compliance framework and partner with senior leadership to drive responsible growth. You’ll translate global strategy into practical programs, foster a culture of ethics and speak‑up behavior, and oversee policies, training, investigations, and reporting. The role involves monitoring regulatory developments, building the compliance organization, and delivering KPI‑driven improvements. You’ll interact with executives to influence governance and integrity across international operations.

• Translate the global compliance strategy into an effective framework for Heraeus Electronics
• Advise senior leadership on compliance, ethics, governance, and business integrity
• Foster a strong culture of compliance and speak‑up behavior
• Lead policies, risk assessments, training, due diligence, investigations, and reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure effective implementation
• Lead and develop the compliance organization and compliance network
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms and drive continuous improvement

• 7+ years in senior compliance, legal, ethics, or governance
• Strong expertise in anti‑corruption, fraud prevention, conflicts of interest, anti‑money laundering, and supply chain compliance
• Experience managing compliance programs in international organizations
• Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
• High integrity, sound judgment, pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent English and German
