Construction Manager 80–100%

Manage and monitor construction and renovation projects in terms of cost, schedule, and quality
Lead and coordinate project stakeholders, including planners, specialists, and contractors
Independently negotiate with authorities and other public-interest organizations
Prepare and conclude the necessary contracts with consultants, contractors, and other partners
Work closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Finance, and Sustainability
Support projects from the initial phase through completion
Maintain regular communication with the Construction Romandie team
Make occasional trips to Wallisellen

Requirements

University, university of applied sciences, or higher vocational education degree in construction, such as architecture, civil engineering, construction project management, or site management
At least 5 years of experience independently managing construction projects
Initial experience in project development
Knowledge of planning and zoning law, as well as construction contract law
Highly structured and organized approach to work
Confident in selecting, onboarding, and managing external partners
Ability to use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assert oneself
Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a willingness to contribute to a diverse team
Fluent in French and German, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
Good command of English (minimum B2)
