Responsibilities

• Studying and analyzingtender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Preparing cost studiesas well as competitive financial and technical project proposals.
• Obtaining andanalyzing price quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluating commercial,technical, and contractual risks related to the tendered projects.
• Developingengineering solutions and technical alternatives to improve efficiency andreduce costs.
• Supporting clients andstakeholders during the tendering and negotiation phases.
• Coordinating withexecution teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects after award.
• Contributing tobusiness development and attracting new projects to the company.

Must Have

• University degree inCivil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or any relatedengineering discipline.
  
• Practical experiencein the building construction sector (Hochbau), project pricing, or constructionproject management.
• Good technicalknowledge of construction methods, costs, and tendering procedures.
• Experience withengineering pricing software such as RIB iTWO / ARRIBA, in addition toMicrosoft Office.
• Strong ability toanalyze, negotiate, and communicate with clients, contractors, and internalteams.
• Previous experiencein preparing bids, tenders, and cost management is preferred.
• Good proficiencylevel in the German language, not less than B2.
