Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end project execution and management of the full process from application submission to successful disbursement of funds
Reliable central interface between our clients and authorities as a confident stakeholder manager
Strategic development and continuous maintenance of client relationships
Customer data management, analysis, and preparation for auditors
Guide clients through software onboarding to sustainably digitize funding and application processes
Digital and transparent implementation of documentation requirements to ensure the highest quality standards
Early identification of client needs, proactive advisory support, and ensuring maximum return on investment
Targeted escalation of client feedback within the team for continuous software optimization

Requirements

University degree in economics (or a related field)
Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
Independent, structured, detail-oriented working style and ability to maintain oversight across multiple projects
Self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and a hands‑on mentality
Enjoyment of strategic client contact with a confident, engaging, and professional manner
Fluent written and spoken German; ideally very good English skills
Strong affinity for numbers, processes, and digital solutions
