Consultant (m/f/d) Residential Property Management

As a Project Manager at Aareon, you guide customer projects from scope to successful delivery and ongoing support. You’ll lead cross‑functional meetings, align stakeholders, and drive digital transformation through SaaS solutions like Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo. You analyze client processes to optimize workflows, plan trainings, and foster long‑term partnerships. • Oversee end-to-end customer projects from requirements to implementation and post‑go-live support
• Lead project meetings, steering committees, and customer coordination to ensure realistic schedules and collaboration
• Assess customer needs and advise on digital transformation initiatives using SaaS solutions
• Analyze existing client systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities and SaaS recommendations
• Manage implementation and integration of Wodis Yuneo; ensure seamless onboarding and use by customer teams
• Plan and deliver technical and professional training; enable effective use of Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo
• Build long‑term customer relationships and provide ongoing consulting to maximize product benefits

• Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in real estate management or business administration
• Preferably experience as a consultant with SaaS expertise
• Solid knowledge of real estate management processes (e.g., property management, accounting, rent accounting, operating/heating costs)
• Familiarity with real estate SaaS products (property management software, CRM, financial tools, analytics)
• Proven problem-solving skills and track record of delivering effective solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Project management experience with scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring
• Experience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo is an advantage
• Very good German and good English
• Willingness to travel (~70%–80%)
