Principal Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Property and Casualty

In this role you drive customer-centric transformation for Allianz Group by leading Property and Casualty consulting projects. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams across the global organization to turn strategies into actionable solutions. Your work will shape how insurance value chain challenges are solved, leveraging AI and analytics to deliver sustainable impact. • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts for project deliverables
• Execute consulting projects and provide holistic guidance for sustainable success
• Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder networks globally
• Contribute to project deliverables and pitches under Engagement Manager guidance
• Identify potential future client needs and develop ideas
• Collaborate with group centers for Property and Casualty insurance
• Contribute to internal development with a focus on P&C expertise
• Coach, mentor, and train colleagues for development

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics or comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years international experience in the broader financial/insurance industry
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption
• Overall insurance business experience
• Product knowledge of Property and Casualty
• P&C knowledge from Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims or Operations
• Experience in creating strategies and conceptual plans for changes
• Experience in project management and implementation
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and solution-focused approach
• Willingness to take ownership
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customer orientation and team spirit
