Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting

In this role you support Allianz Consulting's clients by analyzing needs, shaping concepts, and delivering concrete measures. You work with cross-functional client teams to ensure quality and timely milestones, while contributing to business development and internal knowledge sharing. You will also engage in AI-driven transformation initiatives and support a diverse, international team. This is a chance to help shape how Allianz leverages strategy, IT, operations, and agile methods to transform business outcomes.

• Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality work and meet project milestones
• Analyze customer needs and craft actionable concepts and implementation plans
• Support business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Contribute to internal Allianz Consulting projects, including knowledge sharing and team events

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a full-time employee
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption for business transformation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to be coached and to work in a diverse, international team
• Excellent English for presentations and reports
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (complex functions)
• Interest in insurance and financial services; familiarity with project/change management tools
• International experience or language skills (German or others) if available
