• Work across cross-functional teams to solve client challenges

• Travel to client sites as needed

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with a track record of leading teams and implementing business strategies
• Advanced degree or exceptional work experience beyond a bachelor’s degree
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and solution-creation abilities
• Ability to shift between projects and teams with agility
• Clear articulation of strategies and insights to global clients
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse settings and adaptability to changing project landscapes
