In this role, you support clients on capital excellence and large construction projects, shaping strategies and operational solutions. You will work across Europe within the Operations Practice, driving lean implementations and capability building. You address complex problems with rigorous analysis, turning findings into actionable recommendations. • Master’s degree
• Broad experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction)
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
• Willingness to undertake European assignments
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and local office language
