Overview

Join Allianz Consulting’s Insurance Steering Team to help steer large-scale transformation across claims, underwriting, and operations. You’ll work closely with senior consultants on high-impact insurance projects and gain early exposure to executives worldwide. The role blends strategy, data-driven decision-making, and implementation in a global insurer setting. You’ll contribute to value-based steering, digital solutions, and cross-functional collaboration, with rapid growth and ownership on day one.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Support strategy and transformation initiatives across claims, underwriting, finance, operations, and digital solutions
Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to inform steering decisions
Prepare structured analyses, management-ready presentations, and executive materials
Contribute to project management and steering activities, including milestone tracking and stakeholder coordination
Support business development activities, including pitch preparation and proposals
Assist in client workshops and working sessions with Allianz Operating Entities
Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement of Allianz Consulting offerings

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 1–3 years of operational or management consulting experience
Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to be coached and to take ownership
Fluency in English and German (Additional European language is a plus)
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (advanced functions)
Curiosity about insurance and financial services; familiarity with project/change management tools
