Consultant - Procurement

As a Consultant in the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will tackle client challenges through structured problem solving, analyses, and evidence-based recommendations. You’ll rotate across client engagements within the Operations Practice, gaining hands-on experience and a formal capability-building curriculum. The role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, with emphasis on developing leadership and operational excellence skills. • Identify issues and form hypotheses for client engagements

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics
• Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (global sourcing strategies, cross-functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
• Willingness to relocate for European assignments during work weeks
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local office language
