Consultative Sales - Financial Data (f/m/d)

In this role you drive new business for Market Data + Services, helping trading participants access high-quality data and analytics. You will work with a cross-functional sales team to expand the pipeline and convert opportunities, leveraging consultative selling to tailor solutions for financial customers. You’ll participate in industry events and market monitoring to inform strategy, and contribute to leadership reporting. This is a chance to shape data distribution in a global, fast-moving market and partner with clients to solve complex data needs.

• Acquire new clients in the market data space
• Apply consultative selling to diagnose client needs and pitch solutions
• Design and execute sales activities with the sales team
• Develop and grow the sales pipeline and report successes using SAP C4
• Engage in sales events, conferences, and trade shows
• Monitor industry developments and conduct competitor analyses
• Contribute to management presentations and reporting

• 5+ years in a B2B sales role within the financial industry
• University degree in business administration, finance or a comparable education with relevant experience
• Deep expertise in consultative sales and selling complex data to financial customers
• Proactive and reliable team member with goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized and fast learner
• Proficiency in English and MS Office; German is a plus
• Open to occasional international travel
• Knowledge of the market data industry is a plus
