Contracts and Corporate Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of the contracts while minimizing organizational risk
• Serve as an intermediary between Legal and Business teams
• Negotiate contract terms
• Assist with handling corporate law matters, ensuring compliance
• Support business transactions under the supervision of licensed attorneys
• Evaluate legal and financial risks within contracts
• Facilitate clear communication between Marketing, Business, Finance, and Legal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years’ contracts and/or corporate legal experience
• Extremely proficient with technology
• Ability to proactively recognize potential risks and escape appropriately
• Capable of thriving in a fast paced, multi-project work environment.
