Senior Corporate Paralegal - Contracts (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of customer-facing contracts, including master service agreements and amendments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management and ensure agreements align with business objectives.
• Improve contract processes by streamlining workflows and implementing scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required; 7+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Experience with contract management platforms like Ironclad and CRM systems like Salesforce.
