• Actively support monthly closings: You will assist in preparing the monthly closings and ensure that the data is recorded in the correct accounting period for subsequent reporting
• Preparing Reports & Analyses: You will prepare regular reports, validate and analyze them, and create ad hoc analyses to support management and business units
• Helping Shape Planning & Forecasting: You support the planning and forecasting processes by using data-driven forecasts to illustrate business performance
• Promote transparency and provide advice: You present key management information in a clear and understandable way and offer guidance on economic relationships
• Driving Digital Transformation: You’ll contribute your ideas to the digital transformation of our controlling processes and actively help design modern, efficient solutions

What You Bring to Our Team: Your Profile

• Solid Qualifications: You have completed business training, are comfortable working with numbers, and have successfully completed relevant continuing education or a degree in business administration
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the energy sector is a plus and will help you understand economic relationships more quickly. Even if you come from other areas of the energy industry outside of management accounting, you’ll quickly settle into the role with the right aptitude for numbers.
• Proficiency with Systems and Data: You’re comfortable working with ERP and BI systems as part of your daily routine; you may already have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Kosy Enterprise
• Analytical Strength & Quick Comprehension: You quickly recognize connections and approach challenges with a pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Openness to new topics: You’re enthusiastic about new challenges, subject areas, and technologies; in particular, you see the possibilities of digitalization and artificial intelligence as opportunities to further develop processes and help shape innovative solutions
