Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/x)

As Corporate Communications Manager you lead Qlar’s strategic communications, shaping the narrative for internal and external stakeholders from the CEO Office. You own the group-wide agenda, translate strategy and VCP priorities into clear messages, and manage content across channels. You collaborate with leadership and agencies to deliver engaging, authentic communications that support transformation. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional impact, and a chance to steer Qlar’s communication during a climate-neutral transformation.

• Develop group-wide corporate communications strategy, agenda and editorial calendar
• Prepare audience-targeted messaging on group strategy, VCP initiatives and business developments
• Lead internal communication formats (Management News, Town Halls, updates, SharePoint content)
• Translate leadership communications into local/functional relevance and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create a coherent corporate communication framework
• Gather feedback and continuously improve communication formats and channels
• Drive external communications to strengthen visibility, reputation and stakeholder confidence
• Manage external content across LinkedIn, website sections, press releases, presentations and image materials
• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials

• Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
• First to several years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, content creation or change communication
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills in German and English
• Creative, proactive, hands-on style with strong project-management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to create and deliver content across written, visual and digital formats rather than relying on external providers
• Strong instinct for modern, authentic and engaging formats including short-form video, interviews and social-media content
• Flexibility and resilience to operate in a dynamic transformation environment with occasional time-critical delivery
• Experience with digital channels, social media, intranet/SharePoint, website CMS and agency coordination is an advantage
