Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in Rhine-Main

As a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you support major projects across pharma, industrial data centres, and commercial sectors from procurement to final account. You will work within Currie & Brown's Frankfurt Cost Management team to drive cost control, reporting, and commercial governance. • Cost management and quantity surveying from procurement through final account
• Cost reporting, forecasting, valuations and change management
• Contract administration and commercial management
• Assessment and negotiation of variations and claims
• Budget management and cost control
• Tendering, procurement support and contractor engagement
• Commercial risk identification and mitigation
• Building relationships with clients, consultants and contractors

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, Cost Consultant or Commercial Manager
• Strong post-contract experience including valuations, change control and final accounts
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management principles
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial buildings or major capital projects
• Chartered status or progression towards chartership is desirable
