MEP Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre - Frankfurt

In this role you will support a major data centre build in Frankfurt as part of a European MEP team. You’ll manage subcontractor accounts, monitor costs, and handle variations and payments to keep the project financially on track. The position offers growth within a reputable M&E subcontractor and exposure to a large 50 MW data centre package. You will contribute to delivering a complex, high‑tech project with tight cost control and reporting. This is an opportunity to advance in European MEP contracting.

• Manage subcontractor accounts and cost control for MEP packages
• Handle variations, payments, and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate cost data and forecasting for the project
• Support project controls on a large data centre package (50 MW)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe

• Solid experience in MEP or mechanical QS roles
• Commercially sharp, organised, and capable on large projects
• Able to manage variations, payments, and reporting
• EU work rights (or visa sorted)
