As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on a flagship data centre project in Frankfurt, you will support commercial management from procurement through final account. You will help control costs, manage subcontractors, and support change control in a fast-paced, hyperscale development. You’ll work within a high-performing team to deliver a complex facility for a leading international contractor. • Assist in commercial management of project packages from procurement through final account
• Support preparation of budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
• Assist in subcontractor procurement, including tender analysis and package awards
• Review and process subcontractor applications and payments
• Support management of variations, change control, and contractual documentation
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to senior commercial staff
• Assist in preparing monthly valuations and commercial reports
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, costs, and project progress
• Liaise with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective delivery
• Identify potential commercial risks and assist in mitigation strategies

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction
• Experience on large-scale projects (data centres or similar advantageous)
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and construction contracts
• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
