Site Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centre

In this role you will oversee LV switchgear and modular power projects for data centre environments across Germany, with a focus on Frankfurt. You will lead site activities, ensure safety and quality, and manage subcontractors to maximize project profitability. You’ll coordinate commissioning, risk management, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable power solutions. This role offers a global setting, growth opportunities, and hands-on leadership in critical power deployments.

• Validate certificates for handover and witness testing documentation
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
• Direct employees and contractors on-site to meet objectives
• Manage project profitability while preserving quality, health, safety, and environment
• Supervise and review subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with requirements
• Promote zero-harm safety culture and effective risk management
• Facilitate site inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and Permit to Work
• Ensure correct PPE usage and site welfare; maintain QHSE compliance
• Attend commissioning meetings and support knowledge transfer to engineers
• Report safety concerns and near-misses to Head of Site Services
• Oversee timely and safe completion of site activities

• Proven LV switchgear, control panels, or modular power systems commissioning experience (data centre or critical power environments preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and testing procedures
• Knowledge of commissioning standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and single-line diagrams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
• Willingness to travel for project assignments
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Electrical Engineering or similar qualification preferred
• Solid understanding of QHSE regulations, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
• Eligible to work & travel in the EU
• Full clean German driving license and willingness to travel to site locations
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
