You will lead commercial management for a major data centre project in Frankfurt, steering budgets, cost plans, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborating with project teams, you’ll oversee financial tracking, risk, and commercial compliance to protect value and drive on-time delivery. • Lead the commercial management of key work packages across the project
• Prepare, monitor, and report on budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
• Manage procurement and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Value and certify subcontractor applications and progress payments
• Manage variations, change control, and contractual correspondence
• Produce monthly commercial reports and updates for senior management
• Identify, mitigate, and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Support final account negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Liaise closely with site, design, and commissioning teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, costs, and project progress

• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on data centre, M&E, or civils projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures (JCT or FIDIC)
• Proven experience managing high-value, complex projects
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
