Creative Director (Marketing)

This is a remote leadership opportunity for a creative leader ready to shape how a purpose-driven, fast-growing brand shows up across markets. You will lead the Marketing Design function across brand campaigns, limited editions, social, lifecycle marketing, and promotional activity. The role combines high-level creative direction with hands-on contribution, balancing ambitious storytelling with fast, performance-informed creative. You will set the creative standard while developing senior designers and a broader team of creative talent. Around 70% of your time will focus on creative direction, with the remaining time spent directly contributing to important creative work.
