Creative Producer / Creative Project Manager

About the Role

As our Creative Producer you are a project manager with a deep love of making sense of chaos, and streamlining workflows to remove friction from the creative process, by allowing designers, filmmakers, writers and creators the freedom to make content that reaches Juniper’s audience at pace and at scale.

  • Collaborate with creative, content, growth, and people teams to deliver integrated campaigns, internal communications, and key announcements
  • Traffic management of creative briefs and content production for the creative team in Berlin, including support with ticket writing.
  • Supporting the creative team with the pre‑production of upcoming shoots, including booking studios, equipment, sourcing locations, travel requirements, gathering quotes, when needed.
  • Own the project management system and all design, video and AI tool licensing.
  • Supporting the creative team with post‑production, including filing raw assets and championing consistent file naming using a centralised repository (DAM).
  • Maintaining our video and image filing systems, ensuring they are all up to date, labelled and organised after shoots and projects.
  • Supplying external editors and partners with the appropriate files and content for their needs, and keeping their systems up to date.
  • Identifying, building and championing new systems to enable efficiency across brand creative teams, freelancers and external partners.
  • Ensuring our internal documentation to track all creative output is kept up to date.
  • Negotiating deadlines, developing project timelines and handling budgets, invoice tracking and reconciliations.

About You

  • 4+ years experience working in a video or creative production or project manager role.
  • Working knowledge of best practices when it comes to production workflow and folder structures.
  • Highly skilled in finding more efficient, streamlined ways of working, such as for video asset management and resource management.
  • Able to work independently, while being a team player too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, including budget and deadline management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production systems, and bookkeeping tools a bonus.
  • English speaking, working understanding of German preferable.
