Senior Project Manager M/F

Responsibilities

• Clarify and formulate the goal and mission, and draft the work breakdown structure and update it.
• Obtain effort estimates and create a schedule and resource plan.
• Perform project control, cost calculation and monitoring, and keep an eye on the budget and risks at all times.
• Conduct project meetings and steering committees and document projects.
• Coordinate the project team and manage conflicts.
• Support the continuous improvement of aixigo project management.

Location

Europe, Germany

Education

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Successfully completed studies in economics, MINT or similar fields.

Experience

• 3‑5 years of minimal experience.
• Several years of professional experience in IT project management of complex projects.

Required Skills

• Interest or experience in the financial sector.
• Good skills in process design, documentation and project management.
• Strong communicator in German and English, works independently, is an absolute team player, and has a good eye for stakeholder needs.

Languages

German is a plus.
