What You’ll Do & Who You Are

You will join one of mobile.de’s widely celebrated CRM teams – a role model across the organisation and last year’s company award winner for outstanding performance. In this role, you will own the CRM strategy for our Car Leasing and Car Financing verticals, serving as the strategic authority on retention and engagement. You will craft the vision, align stakeholders, and steer agencies and Mar‑Tech colleagues to execute at the highest level. This is a stage where deep CRM expertise meets strategic influence, and the right person will shape how millions of Germans experience individual mobility.

Job Requirements

What you bring
  • 5+ years of hands‑on CRM experience with a proven track record in campaign strategy, customer segmentation and omni‑channel communication (Email, Push, In‑App and beyond).
  • Strategic track record: you have grown beyond executing campaigns and now lead the direction – setting the agenda, defining concepts, and steering operative colleagues to deliver on your vision.
  • Stakeholder mastery: you navigate complex organisational structures, manage competing priorities and agendas, and bring the right people on board – even when it requires persistence, political savvy, and confident push‑back.
  • Data‑driven decision making: you translate customer insights, funnel metrics, and campaign performance into clear priorities and compelling recommendations, and you know how to present them persuasively to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Project and campaign ownership: proven ability to manage end‑to‑end CRM initiatives across multiple work streams simultaneously, using tools such as Atlassian or Coda, while keeping teams aligned and deadlines met.
  • Excellent communication and influence: you make complex topics easy to understand, build genuine enthusiasm for your ideas across a wide network, and represent your work – and your team’s work – proactively and proudly within the organisation.
  • Mastery of A/B‑testing methodologies, conversion optimisation, and customer journey design – you apply these not just operationally, but to shape strategic priorities and challenge the status‑quo.
  • Business fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do
  • Own the end‑to‑end CRM strategy for the Leasing and Financing verticals – from customer insight and segmentation through campaign concept, briefing, execution oversight, and performance reporting.
  • Lead and steer operative delivery by directing agency partners and Mar‑Tech colleagues: set the strategic direction and quality bar while empowering others to execute.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment by acting as the CRM point of contact for Leasing and Financing topics – collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to integrate CRM into the broader user journey.
  • Translate business goals into CRM programmes: work with leadership and internal partners to identify growth opportunities within the leasing and financing funnel and convert them into structured, measurable CRM initiatives.
  • Navigate internal complexity with confidence: identify and manage stakeholder dynamics proactively – build coalitions, anticipate friction, and push your agenda forward constructively and diplomatically.
  • Measure and communicate impact: define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and deliver clear, compelling reports to leadership and cross‑functional audiences – celebrating wins visibly and learning from what doesn’t work.
  • Champion CRM best practices across the team and organisation: contribute to mobile.de’s customer communication approach and help colleagues understand the value of a strong CRM strategy.
What success looks like
  • Within the first 3 months: you have a clear understanding of the leasing and financing CRM landscape, existing campaigns are audited, and you have established trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Within 6 months: a structured, prioritised CRM roadmap for Leasing & Financing is in place, with measurable goals aligned to business outcomes, and the first new/optimised campaigns are live.
  • Within 12 months: you are recognised as the go‑to CRM authority for Leasing and Financing across the organisation, campaign performance has measurably improved, and your achievements contribute demonstrably to the overall CRM team’s role‑model status.
