Customer Engagement Manager, Meal Programs (Fully Remote)

• Manage a book of high-value Meal Program accounts with full accountability for retention and GMV protection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner, building trusted relationships with account admins and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals, surface value, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or strategic customer relationships in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record managing a book of business with accountability for retention and proactive outreach.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust across customer stakeholders.
