Program Manager, Operational Excellence (Remote) (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerUP training programs and modernize Operational Excellence training with GenAI and automation.
• Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple formats and coach candidates through certification.
• Drive continuous improvement capability across the organization using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating training in global organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
