Customer Onboarding Manager - DACH

As an Account Strategist at Insider One, you will collaborate across functions to deliver customer success and drive account growth.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Insider One to our clients and bridge their needs with our technology.
• Help clients understand which features and products match their goals and expectations.
• Ensure clients are utilizing our technology to its fullest and provide world‑class service; monitor and facilitate adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and product specialists for technical support when required.
• Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to add value for clients.
• Provide continuous feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance the partnership.
• Create a trusted adviser relationship ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Plan strategies to help customers meet objectives, prioritising and driving resolution of escalated issues.
• Bring new product ideas; assist product and design teams in shaping the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting.
• Solid oral and written communication skills, positive phone personality, and listening ability.
• Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, globally mindful; always seeking innovative solutions.
• Commit to caring for clients and ensuring they feel supported; strong project and time management skills, attention to detail.
• Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow‑up effectiveness.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proficient in English and German.
