Concordance Healthcare Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager in any Concordance location . The primary role of a Customer Relations Manager is to serve as a project-focused partner to the sales organization leading cross-functional initiatives that support customer retention, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. The manager ensures all deliverables are achieved within the required timeframe to ensure optimal profitability, sales success, and customer satisfaction. The manager will utilize company tools to compile data and create resources for the sales team, in effort to enhance decision-making in terms of sales capture and profitability. This role will serve as the primary contracts & bids sales operations and support points of contact for the field sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids across commercial and non-government contracts. Support both high-value and smaller-scale bid opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate responses that align with company pricing and sales strategies and support the differing processes, workflows, and report needs of customers and the field sales team.
  • Identify, communicate, create, and implement reporting and processes to enable effective and profitable support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal support processes and maintain utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Lead end-to-end bid management for opportunities of all sizes, supporting sales teams from qualification through award.
  • Coordinate complex quotes, proposals, and solicitations, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely submission.
  • Manage full contract lifecycle, including drafting, renewals, modifications, pricing updates, audits and compliance with terms.
  • Partner with sales, legal, finance, and operations to review agreements and resolve contract discrepancies.
  • Analyze pipeline activity, sales trends, and customer purchasing behavior to identify risks and revenue opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and resolving recurring operational and sales issues.
  • Develop and deliver reporting on bid activity, contract performance, and sales metrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, standardized procedures, and serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Service or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years supporting customer market expansion initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel or reporting capabilities.
  • Project management experience is strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with FARs/DFARs and public sector procurement processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical background.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Great problem-solving skills and taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency required.
  • Demonstrated presentation, verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak in front of large groups.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Process oriented and detail-driven.
  • Comfortable driving change and influencing stakeholders with or without authority.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Work Location

  • This role can be located in any Concordance location.

Compensation

Salary: $77,000.00-$85,000.00 (salaried).
