Customer Service and Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Proclinical is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in the sleep medicine sector. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional advice on products and services, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Customer Service, Product Consulting & Sales

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships through professional communication via phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services (full training provided).
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, from routine questions to complex cases.
• Support new customer acquisition and maintain existing relationships in collaboration with the sales team.
• Provide marketing and informational materials to customers.
• Assist with customer events and activities as needed.
• Offer feedback to management on service efficiency and suggest process improvements.

Order & Invoice Management - Laboratory Operations

• Manage orders from receipt to invoicing.
• Enter customer orders into ERP/CRM systems, maintain records, and document activities.
• Coordinate repairs and product returns with customers and the laboratory.
• Process repair requests, invoicing, and monthly billing activities.
• Ensure quality assurance through accurate and detail‑oriented work.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

• Coordinate shipments between the company laboratory and customers.
• Monitor deliveries and proactively inform customers of any delays.
• Act as the point of contact for logistics providers and shipping‑related matters.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Commercial or business qualification (or equivalent) with experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Interest in medical products and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in the dental industry is advantageous but not required (training provided).
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and Netsuite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude with a team‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and independent mindset with experience handling complaints professionally.
• Sales‑oriented with a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Fluent German language skills; English skills are advantageous or willingness to use translation tools.
