Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) Mandarin Speaker

J&T Express is a fast-growing international logistics company with a strong focus on express delivery, e-commerce, and innovative logistics solutions.

As we continue to expand our operations in Germany and across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Karlsfeld near Munich .

In this role, you will act as an important interface between our customers, operations teams, and international stakeholders, ensuring a professional and efficient customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and guidance to customers in day-to-day operations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests
• Coordinate and follow up on customer cases until successful resolution
• Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Network, Warehouse, and other relevant teams
• Communicate effectively with international and Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders
• Ensure a consistently high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to the improvement of internal processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer cases and service-related information
• Support the handling of escalations and more complex operational customer issues

Your Profile

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential
• Very good command of English
• German language skills at minimum B2 level
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a comparable customer-facing role
• Previous experience in logistics, express delivery, transportation, or e-commerce is highly desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to manage priorities and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage
