Outdooractive GmbH is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Business Solutions department at the head office in Immenstadt im Allgäu. In this role, you will support and develop relationships with our business customers, managing digital projects and ensuring successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and experience in customer success management or a similar role, ideally within the tourism sector. You will work independently and proactively to exceed customer expectations while being part of a team that is passionate about outdoor sports.
