Customer Success Manager – Career switchers: Optics, Hearing Care, Automotive Sales

• Onboarding and ongoing support for new clients from the optical, hearing care and automotive sales sectors
• Consult clients as an equal partner and develop tailored solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure they get the most value from the product
• Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities
• Channel customer feedback into the product and sales teams
• Work closely with Sales, Support and Product teams

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people
• Ideally experience in the optics, hearing care (audiology) or automotive sales environments
• Clear and friendly communication in German (C2) and English (B2)
• Structured and independent working style
• Curiosity about software and digital products
• Experience with consulting or CRM software is a plus — not required
