Customer Success Manager, MM/ENT - EMEA (Fully Remote)

• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, owning the entire lifecycle from onboarding to long-term partnership.
• Drive customer retention, mitigate churn, and execute structured business reviews and success plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver targeted solutions across diverse customer verticals.

Day-to-Day:

• Manage a defined book of business with adaptive re-prioritization and rigorous account autonomy.
• Deliver responsive, clear communication and run structured operational reviews and QBRs.
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and maintain consistent operating cadence.
