Customer Support Representative - West Coast Hours

The Role

Comply is looking for a polished, passionate, and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and take our highly-rated customer support services to the next level! In this role, you will act as a liaison between Technical Support and Product Teams to advocate our client’s needs, manage client account activation implementations to meet deadlines, and gather customer feedback to improve processes. You should be patient, investigative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on providing an exceptional customer support experience.

Progressive exposure to our Product Management and Sales teams will be expected; high performance may open opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and configurations within the Comply platform to activate new client accounts.
• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage client account activation implementations to ensure satisfaction and meet deadlines.
• Review and interpret data from various sources, identify discrepancies, and upload accurately into the platform.
• Prioritize incoming support cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Manage support case details in our case tracking system.
• Respond to customer questions, update clients on project status, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate daily with Technical Support and Product Development teams to represent customers’ needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and reach deadlines.
• Provide efficient productivity and exceed client expectations for support.

Skills and Qualifications

• Open to working multiple West Coast shifts: 9 AM–5 PM PST, 12 PM–8 PM PST, and 9 AM–5 PM Monday–Thursday, 1 PM–9 PM Friday.
• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of experience.
• Open to evenings, occasional weekends and holidays.
• Major in Accounting, Finance or Economics is a plus.
• Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
• Superior troubleshooting, resolution and analysis skills.
• Capable of performing complex tasks and prioritising multiple projects.
• Experience in a high‑volume call environment or customer support is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, SaaS technology, MS Office, software support is a plus.
