Customer Technology Advisor for Mainframe (m/f/d)

• Lead engaging demonstrations and presentations to establish credibility and capture interest
• Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery
• Coordinate the entire pre-sales process ensuring quality and compliance with Kyndryl practices
• Develop and propose cross-practice, profitable solutions aligned with customer needs
• Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners for co-created solutions
• Identify business and technical requirements to shape winning proposals and solutions
• Deliver prototypes, PoCs, and demonstrations to illustrate tangible value to customers

• Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in IBM Z/LinuxONE technology
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
• Prior consultative selling experience
• Externally recognized expert in technology and/or solutioning, with relevant subdomain certifications (Application Data and AI; Cloud; Core Enterprise and zCloud; Security and Resiliency)
• Fluency in German and English (business English required)
• Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years selling technical services for multi-industry customers
