Remote, Full-time

Salary: $50-80k + equity

In a nutshell: Full-time remote role based in the US (ET ±2 hours) with occasional earlier hours to overlap with EU time zones.

We are Popcorn

• Global connectivity with no roaming fees. We’re rebuilding telco from the ground up with a single global phone plan that just works.
• Built AI-first. Imagine a telco where AI screens spam calls, takes notes, or books a restaurant for you. That future isn’t science fiction. It’s what we’re building.
• Momentum speaks volumes. Thousands of customers already rely on Popcorn, and we’re seeing extraordinary traction and growth.
• Backed by millions in funding. We’re supported by investors that backed leading consumer and AI companies such as Lovable, Bland, Superpower and Revolut.
• Experienced team with bold ambitions. We’ve previously built consumer products used by 100,000+ people — and we’re just getting started.

Your mission

• Support Popcorn customers from first activation through ongoing usage, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Handle frontline customer support with clarity, warmth and speed across our support channels
• Help resolve customer issues, escalating thoughtfully when needed
• Contribute to help content, FAQs, and internal CX documentation
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to report issues, share feedback and improve the customer journey
• Represent the Popcorn brand in every customer interaction

What we’re looking for

• 1–4 years in customer support, customer success or a related role at a product-driven company
• Experience working directly with customers via chat, email or Intercom
• Excellent written communication — clear, empathetic and human
• Good product intuition and curiosity about how things work
• Calm, reliable, and thoughtful when helping customers through issues
• Bonus: experience in technical software products

The perks

• Join a world-class team building one of the most ambitious consumer technology companies, while keeping things fun
• As an early employee, you’ll have real autonomy and ownership over one of Popcorn’s most important, user-facing functions
• Fully flexible remote setup — work from anywhere, with coworking covered if you prefer
• Regular team meetups, hackathons, and offsites to stay connected
• Your choice of laptop, tools and desk setup
• And of course, a virtually endless supply of popcorn!

We’d love to hear from you!
