Data Protection Specialist

In this role, you will lead the development and expansion of the organization’s information security and data protection framework. You will act as the go-to advisor for management and staff, driving compliance across group companies and shaping risk-aware decisions. You’ll collaborate with IT, Product Security, and Legal teams to implement secure solutions and monitor adherence. • Develop and expand the international ISMS and data protection management system
• Serve as point of contact for awareness, training, and consulting on information security and privacy
• Plan and execute projects to enhance data protection and information security
• Audit and monitor compliance across group companies
• Contribute to management reporting and risk analyses
• Support introduction of new IT solutions from security/privacy perspective
• Collaborate closely with IT Security, Product Security, and Legal departments

• professional experience in information security (ISMS/ISO 27001/TISAX) and data protection (GDPR/DSGVO)
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment (M365 and Azure)
• fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• flexibility, service orientation, and intercultural collaboration
• high self-motivation and quick topic familiarization
• readiness for regular travel to Germany and audit locations
