• Lead Deutsche Aircraft's worldwide customer support and service organisation.
• Enhance the customer experience across both legacy and future platforms.
• Ensure that existing D328 operators receive best‑in‑class support.
• Prepare the organisation for successful entry into service of the D328eco®.
