Developer Relations Manager, Retail & Media Entertainment

In this role you will lead technical engagement with startups and developers building AI agents and Gen AI apps for retail and media & entertainment, evangelizing NVIDIA’s AI stack and accelerating adoption. You will work with cross-functional teams to showcase best practices, help optimize deployments, and guide partners through NVIDIA certification. This position combines deep technical leadership with developer-facing advocacy to shape how customers build on NVIDIA technologies.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for startups and developers building native LLM and multimodal apps, or adding AI agents to existing apps
• Help developers leverage NVIDIA tools for Gen AI and LLMs (e.g., Triton Inference Server, TensorRT-LLM, NeMo Framework, CUDA-accelerated pipelines) to optimize performance
• Create and deliver sample apps, tutorials, and technical content highlighting best practices for LLMs and agentic workflows
• Collaborate with solution architects to benchmark improvements and tune LLM deployments across NVIDIA platforms
• Guide startups through integration with NVIDIA Gen AI stack and support their certification in NVIDIA partner programs
• Represent NVIDIA at industry events, customer meetings, developer meetups, and hackathons to evangelize LLM and Agentic AI strategy
• Gather developer feedback to inform product and roadmap decisions related to LLM inference, training, and deployment tooling
• Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and shape adoption strategies

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
• 8+ years in related AI/ML software development or developer-facing roles
• 5+ years in AI/ML software development environment or working with developers; 3+ years in business development
• Strong independent work capability and excellent communication for customer and internal engagements
• Ability to influence, evangelize, and persuade at operational and executive levels to achieve outcomes
• Proven track record delivering value propositions for targeted industries and coordinating cross-functional collaboration
