Digital Sales Manager, West - Future Opportunity (Fully Remote)

• Build and lead a high-performing team recruiting, developing, and coaching a world-class Digital Sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in medical sales leadership.
• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.

Additional Information:

• Target pay rate is $232,500 plus commission, benefits, and equity.
• Must reside in or relocate to a major city in the Western U.S. with airport access.
• Ability to travel up to 75% with field selling and surgical area access required.
