Digital Experience Manager (Fully Remote)

• Oversee end-to-end support of the Care Center Digital queue, managing contractors and establishing KPIs.
• Establish and analyze key performance metrics via regular reporting to evaluate support efficiency.
• Serve as operational liaison for online scheduling rollout and support other digital projects.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in related field preferred with 5+ years of web operations or digital project management experience.
• 2+ years managing external vendors against SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of CMS (Acquia Drupal preferred), HTML/CSS, web UX, and SEO principles.

Additional Information:

• Salary range $84,000 to $105,000 base pay plus annual bonus and restricted stock units.
