Senior Client Success Manager (Fully Remote)

• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise clients at scale
• Serve as strategic advisor to client stakeholders including HR and medical directors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering
