Manager, Client Success (Fully Remote)

• Manage the team of Client Success Managers to ensure successful proactive outreaches and customer business reviews.
• Collaborate with support and product teams to drive customer issues to closure and maintain high NPS scores.
• Mentor staff and ensure accountability in meeting score card metrics.

Essential Functions:

• Assign new customers based on specialty and skill set, and coach team members.
• Serve as escalation point and establish periodic reviews for quality assurance.
• Maintain slotting calendar and ensure proper documentation and SOP adherence.
