Customer Experience Account Manager (Fully Remote)

• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring account health indicators, running usage and ROI analysis, and leading business reviews.
• Build lasting relationships as the primary point of contact from implementation kickoff.
• Oversee customer implementations for new use cases and work with the technical team on configuration.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or related field, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Experience managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and hitting retention goals.
• Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce, plus data analysis skills.
