Technical Account Manager (Fully Remote)

• Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, overseeing deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external.
• Build and track project timelines to deliver on-time, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Ops.

• 5+ years as a customer-facing implementation manager, project manager, or management consultant.
• Experience running complex projects with enterprise clients and strong interpersonal skills.
• You are a persuasive, results-driven influencer with exceptional communication and a bias towards action.
