Digital Solutions Lead – AI & Automation

Responsibilities

• Drive HAMERKOP's digital transformation and shape its technology roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital solutions across the organisation.
• Oversee the development and adoption of new tools and products.
• Contribute to hands‑on software development, prototyping, workflow automation, and AI‑enabled applications.
• Collaborate with consultants, management, clients, and external development partners to design, implement, and improve technology‑enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in software development, technical product management, digital transformation, solutions engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining business applications, workflow automation solutions, digital products, or AI‑enabled tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including external developers, technology vendors, or implementation partners.
• Experience applying AI, workflow automation, or knowledge management technologies to solve practical business problems.
