Direct Tax Specialist (d/f/m)

As Direct Tax Specialist you will manage direct tax reporting for entities across geographies, ensuring accurate filings and records. You collaborate with the Direct Tax Reporting Manager and business partners to support audits and projects, while driving process improvements in SAP and related tools. You will train teams on tax processes and maintain tax documentation, contributing to a compliant and efficient tax function. • Prepare, validate, and submit direct tax filings and maintain records for applicable entities
• Prepare direct tax internal report packs to Group in Sweden
• Manage tax payments, refunds, and reconcile direct tax accounts
• Prepare Transfer Pricing local documentation
• Support tax business partner and stakeholders; participate in tax audits and relevant projects
• Serve as first point of contact for direct tax questions; escalate when needed
• Deliver tax training for Accounts Payable and Accounting staff
• Implement and improve processes and guidelines; provide input for needed improvements
• Contribute to SAP and other tool-driven projects to fulfill direct tax requirements

• University degree in tax/economics/business or equivalent with relevant practice
• Minimum 5 years' experience in direct tax and direct tax reporting, especially in DACH
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, flexibility
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting systems
• Strong English; French is a plus; willingness to travel
