SAP BI Technology Specialist in Germany (d/f/m)

As SAP BI Technology Specialist, you act as the digital focal point for BI reporting and drive end-to-end solutions that deliver business value and a superior user experience. You will shape the BI strategy, roadmap, and standards while leading cross-functional efforts in a dynamic environment. • Lead BI solution design & strategy to translate requirements into digital BI solutions and set standards
• Deliver end-to-end BI solutions with focus on user experience and business outcome
• Drive agile project delivery to implement new functionalities
• Manage landscape integration and consolidation of applications
• Coordinate global development & change with nearshore/offshore teams
• Provide expert advisory on BI systems, deployment, and evolution, coordinating cross-digital communication

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Informatics
• 5+ years of BI experience with mandatory SAP BW and BW/4HANA expertise
• Experience with Business Objects (Lumira, Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BPC
• Strong ABAP and SQL skills; familiarity with SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, UI5, Fiori, CDS, or ODATA is beneficial
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills in a multidisciplinary, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Advanced English and good German skills
